I'm both looking forward to and dreading the third game. Dreading because it will all be over. Regardless of the outcome. Unless they milk the franchise. Just grab those big juicy udders and SSQQQQUUUUUUUUUUUUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZZZZZZZZZZEE come on Square Enix do it DLC's and FF72.

That first time when the prelude music starts..when the "New game" screen appears...man that just opened up all sorts of feels. I'll never forget that moment. The remake was finally in our hands after waiting for so long

Favorite video game music of all time. FF7 holds a very special place in my heart, played it back when I was 7 years old back in 1997 and it has gripped me for decades with it's characters, story, and music.

This OST feels more mellow and slowed down in comparison to Rebirth. This soundtracks is really sublime in places, like “All Quiet At The Gates”. Such a good piece that perfectly fits the cold and sleek ambience of the Shinra building entrance.

To anyone reading this. Repent and believe the gospel! There’s a loving God who wants to know you and save you. He gave His only son as a sacrifice for us so that we can spend eternity with Him in peace and joy. Please consider the state of your soul! Jesus died and resurrected so you can be saved. Believe in Jesus and follow Him so you may have salvation. Life is short, please make the right choice today!
@Levi-qr3oc5 ай бұрын
Seriously?? Keep your preaching away from games! Nobody is asking for it.
@xdmomentum83465 ай бұрын
@@Levi-qr3oc Its important for people to hear The Gospel. Also it doesn't really matter if nobody is asking for it, people have the right to hear it and decide for themselves. One day we will all stand in front of God for judgment and putting your faith in Jesus is the only way you can hope to be saved. You should really consider the gospel message.
@JesuitsRule5 ай бұрын
@@Levi-qr3oc Well, actually, if you think about it, one of the wonderful things about role-playing games like FFVII, FFVII Remake, FFVII Rebirth, etc. (not to mention games like Xenogears) is that they often deal in various ways with the same questions, mysteries, etc. that various religions deal with, even if they don't give the same "answers," or provide "answers" at all, etc. So, in a way, the "preaching" is quite relevant to the "games." I mean, when @xdmomentum8346 says, "Life is short, please make the right choice today," it's difficult, at least for me, not to think of Aerith saying, "Everyone dies eventually… So we need to make the most of the time we have - to live our lives, the way we want to live… Every minute, every MOMENT, matters…" ...On another note, it's interesting to compare/contrast Aerith's words with Kefka's at the end of FFVI: "Why do people rebuild things they know are going to be destroyed? Why do people cling to life when they know they can't live forever? Think how meaningless each of your lives is!" -- Both Kefka and Aerith are confronting the reality that everything dies, and yet they draw different conclusions from it. Kefka basically says, "Everything dies, so nothing matters," while Aerith basically says, "Everything dies, so everything matters." To put Christianity into conversation with them (and I'm Catholic, so I'm thinking particularly of Catholic Christianity), Christianity might find some truth in both of them, and say, "Everything dies -- IF that were the end of the story, then Kefka would be right; nothing would matter. But in the context of God, and then in the additional context of eternal life (immortality of the soul and resurrection of the body), everything matters." But I'm over-simplifying; I think a full Catholic response would need to be much more nuanced (and different kinds of Catholic responses would be possible, not just one).
