Hi mate - The SSD5 version works in any DAW when used in SSD5. The Logic version that I’m working on is for logic drummer so you are good to go! Cheers. John

Yes it does. I bought this pack a few years back. I upgraded from ezdrummer 2 to 3. The files all work just the same in EZD3

Hi Tom. This is a new MIDI pack with a bunch of new grooves, fills and folders inspired by Pop Punk grooves from Blink, New Found Glory, State Champs and the likes, including a bunch of my own playing- there are a few similar foundational grooves as these last packs in double time and normal time folders but there is a 182 folder, 240 bpm folder, all new hooks, fills breakdowns and syncopated beats - new half-time grooves and Tom grooves as well as much more dynamic snare rolls and beats with more high hat work. There are example grooves on the site to check out. Cheers

I have a question, Im currently using SDX, but I tend to use EZX soecially the bandmate feature which filters some grooves.. Is there any difference on having the SDX or the EZX versions? I'm so glad you did this tutorial John! For some time now, I have seen your posts on FB about the collections of Midi packs that you have available but never quite understood how to run them into a DAW. I need something like this because I don't have a band anymore and I need to start thrashing again. I switched over to analog synthesizers and have been doing retrowave for years, but at heart, I'm still a total 90's skate-thrasher who grew up on Adhesive and Strung Out and I have wicked riffs that I need to lay down over that double time "Groove 2" beat. I just recently bought a Tonex modeling pedal which I can run that into Ableton and then with your beats, I'll be going mental. So rad! Seeing PMX, Hike The Peak, and Fair Do's still making this kind of music has been very inspiring and now, seeing how your Midi packs work is very encouraging. Love all of your work!
