@@FanKuba That's the problem, try signing in from the main account (root account) then try connecting to your computer. You will most likely get the prompt. The issue I have seen is that when multiple accounts are on the headset, only the main one will receive the prompt.

@@anussqadeer3181 Please make sure you click the prompt approving the usb connection. Once you plugin the headset you will see the prompt, if you don't click that it will not be connected.

Unfortunately, since the update a few months ago, hundreds of users are experiencing the same error. When the cable is connected, a window appears asking for permission, but even if we press the "Allow" button, the Quest 2 does not appear as an independent drive in the Windows file manager. So you can't copy files to it, which is pretty annoying. I've already tried resetting the headset and reinstalling the PC program, but it didn't solve the problem. What could be the problem?

And what's even more annoying is that since the same update, the X-Plore program doesn't work either, which also worked correctly before. I used this to transfer files wirelessly between the phone and the Quest 2.

By contact info, do you mean the caller phone number? Or do you mean that you want to extract contact information from the recorded message, then store that into the crm?

You can extract that information using a chatgpt step after receiving the transcript from Whisper step, then pass the values to your crm . I may have time to make a tutorial on the steps this week. What CRM are you using?

I am trying to watch a movie in the head set from my PC.... how do I get rid of those windows that say no internet connection... they overlay the video and flicker it's annoying...thanks for the video. Yeah, I think I'm returning this. Too many requirements.... I been at it 3 hours now...I have also noticed the edges of the windows in the headset kind of squiggle ... it's not a very good video feed...def not worth $265.00.

When you get a black screen like that you just have to press the Meta button on the right controller and it usually fixes it

still not working for me ether However, I think It may be a computer issue. @boiriu9961 and @slothygames626 are you guys able to connect your phones to your PCs and transfer data? I'm finding that not all USB ports and cables are able to properly connect my phone to the computer. I was able to find a combo that worked but It didn't help for my quest so now I'm seeing if there is some other PC setting that is off. I'll post here if I find a solution. (EDIT: My god.!! so... I just got off with a META rep and they pushed the issue up to engineering. apparently allot of people are dealing with this. from what seems if you ever plugged in your head set and it asked permission and you checked "don't ask me again" there is no way to reverse that decision. from what I could find on forms this used to be reversable by going into "developers" tab in settings but that tab was removed in past updates. so from what I got from my conversation all we can do is wait for un-update from META before we can transfer our files. :( )

@@HumAiClub I don't get the popup either, but under the little bell at the bottom there is a message that USB has been connected. You can confirm this and then the Ocullus was controllable in my Explorer.

You can use any USB-C cable, but the official Oculus cable is long and firm fitting to the headset.

Sometimes you have to unplug it then plug it back in and accept. On the 2nd time you plugin and accept it should show
