Dan is literally so redpilled he is going conspiracy theorist about her orchestrating a fake failed facetime call from his device to hers. I'm not sure that's possible at all for the average person. She put far too much effort into this to be lying, and for what? She clearly wanted to meet up with him again. I feel like Dan just decided she was ghosting early on and never budged.
