Ive got concerns about a semi float half ton axle and 37s. Thats quite a bit more load on the shafts. Maybe upgrade to some stronger axle shafts if you dont want to bother swapping to a full float 3/4 or 1 ton. Unless itll be treated gently, there may be some trouble

It does has gas-assisted struts but if I were you I would probably take the canoe off before opening.

There is an insulation package that can be added, and the roof has a perforated liner which also keeps condensation down to a minimum

The pee wee bed is not a truck might as well get a jeep. There’s more to a truck than going off-road. I have both but the short bed is fun to drive and the long bed gets the job done pulling a trailer loading motorcycles camper you name it a minor sacrifice in parking but it’s a truck.

Any fire suppression refill, welding resupply shops, or anywhere you can get your liquid CO2 tank refilled. Power Tank has a refill center locator on their website to see what's closest to you.

Yes they do and it is a huge benefit!

You will lose some performance in sub-freezing temps. When camping in the cold, I'll move the Power Tank from the bed to the cab so it will have a bit more heat energy when I get off the trail and begin airing up. At worst, you'll still be faster than a compressor and our regulators are guaranteed to never freeze clog. There is a small risk of over pressurization with full or overfilled CO2 tanks in 120F*+ heat but that risk goes down significantly once capacity starts falling below 95% full. If you're worried, slightly underfill or immediately use some CO2 in the hotter months.

Mine lives on the back bumper tire carrier year round, the lowest temp I've used it was 10 degrees F, but it didn't give me any issues.

I have a 23 trd pro. I use the stock wheels for my winter set(km2). I have some KMC for my summer set with some Mickey Thompson Baja MTs. I got the higher end trim level basically for the resale value. The next buyer wants all the bells n whistles. But you're right about not wanting to replace the suspension and making all the value in original parts disappear.

Inspired Overland makes a few 80-100 pound solid roof wedge tents that are less than 6-7" tall. Dometic missed an opportunity to make one with smaller footprint. Mattress could have been air mattress inflated using the same inlet.
