Hard working people. Breaks my heart how humble they are ,how hard they work for their families. Thank you so much for everything .They should have at least a permit to work in this Country!

i see them complaining about the laws and pay and long working hours in the US but I don't see them complaining about their countries lack of opportunities. and want to demand in a place where they entered ilegally but yet they are here. yes, there needs to be a way to provide work permits, $7.25 an hr they say is too low, well, what were they making in their own countries???

If these folks have lived in America for 10 years and have employment history and no criminal background, they deserve permanent status. What is wrong is opening the border and letting people that have not contributed become part of the welfare state.

Now, unfortunately, you’re going to have to do that more than three times… A hay wagon typically has 300 bales on it. That is for the small ones. By the way, don’t put yourself through it. We do it so other people can eat to thank us is to just say thank you or you. Can buy the product.

Unions are caused by bad management and static unions make a toxic work environment. Construction unions are far different, as they are dynamic. Overall, if you don't want a union, just listen to the employees and meet them 80-90% there. Nothing is more expensive than union.

That's so wrong on so many levels. I work with people who have hb2 visas from the south of our border and they are some of the best workers I have ever worked with. One latino is worth 2 or 3 American workers im not even joking. If someone is sick then they need to recover and their productivity is at maximum.

Farm workers were, and remain, excluded from the federal protections of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) of 1935. Farm workers were excluded from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) from 1938 to 1966. Even today, many farm workers are excluded from some of the federal provisions, such as overtime. Plus, there are still specific exemptions to the minimum wage requirement.

I'm old enough to remember migrant farm workers before welfare was passed, shacks in the middle of the orchards, no running water, no indoor bathrooms, no grocery stores, no schools for the children who were only around for 2 2 week stints a year, trimming pruning and thinning in late spring plus spraying with arsenic based pesticides which are still contaminated 50 years later and fall harvest season!
