As you said it you will see all African countries together in a short time except Eritrea will be back with Ethiopia . Instead of 55 countries in Africa they will be 54. If you count the lines of USA flag it’s 13 and you count the stars it’s 54.

Yeah by US Africans, US propaganda and lies. Enough said, US can help Africa by starting building some basic infrastructure first like hospital and schools first, provide jobs to the locals and provide job opportunities to Africans to work in the US. US has been interfering in Africa for decades, creating Civil wars and conflicts so they can get what they want for a minimum cost.

We don't need to care what China is. They're a formidable power in the world. They are here to trade and invest and work. African leaders should be smart and work with them. When things go bad its not because of China, they're not our saviours and its quite insulting to assume and push those debt trap narratives. African leaders are not exempt from intelligence and looking for their own people. Be smart and negotiate good deals

The so-called neocolonialism is just a false allegation. Did China rule any African country? Did China take over the government of any African country? Did China consider African people inferior like what the Western colonialists did? Did China enslave African people?

China's help in building infrastructure in Africa has always been a penny on the dollar. Use a fraction of the cost compared to if the work is done in a Western country. China may be trying to increase its presence and influence in Africa. Still, China does not scam Africa or inflate the cost of the infrastructure to take advantage of African people.
@danielefabbro822

Short answer? Foe. You have to understand that China, as like America, Europe and Russia AND India or whatever great big new power around, basically try to make profit out of African opportunities and often, tragedies. America have invested nothing in Africa except when it came to build uo the State of Liberia, that was basically made by them to hold their former slaves that wanted to return to Africa. Europeans in the form of the old colonial powers, in particularly but mostly UK and France have too never invested a single penny more than what was necessary to exploit the resources of the continent. China is doing the same today, building stuff for the Africans such infrastructures that are required to exploit their resources, and of course, to look like "good guys" they ended their agreements by saying: "oh but you can keep those things after we have finished". They don't mention that hospitals, schools, railways, streets, factories etc requires a working economy to function properly, as like they require energy and maintenance. So no working economy, no real upgrade on local nations that sign such agreements. Russians just trade resources for their toilet paper they call "Rublos". And of course, they too try to sell the lie that they will invest in Africa. But apart fighting some wars that risk to affect their own interests in the area, they have sent nothing. Zero. Nada. So... on this world there are really few countries that have a real interest in making Africa working for real. Nominally, most of these countries have very limited power to do so, but are also sincerely interested in promoting a development. And there's also Italy, which trading and economic politics requires that our partners can keep up the work on the place instead of sending personnell that will cost us more and more money. Not to mention infrastructures, energy etc. There's a plan named "Plan Mattei" that plans to invest in education, healthcare, development of economical activities of the Africans, in short, making the African at work. Mostly for themselves since if they will be able to provide services, they will become independent. But also for national interest because our country expect that the countries that will accept our help, would eventually help us too in exchange. And what we mostly and almost only require is oil and gas. The rest of the raw resources we need we are already able to obtain through the market by simple trading, and the list of raw resources we import in Italy is very long. So... it's kinda not an excellent plan, because Africans will not be able to be immediately free/independent... but it's far better than anything around. At least we will try hard in making them growing strong and independent.

Africa can now decides its own future and what is best for them as masters of our own destiny. Africa has been colonized by the Western colonial power for the past two century. It is hard to break free from the colonial masters that tries to enforce total submission to Western interest and foreign policy at the expense of Africa. The white man burden is the phrase that was used mainly in the 19th century to express the idea that European countries had a duty to control Africa and other countries in the world because of white man superiority over others. Eurocentrism or Western-centrism consider the West as the center of world events or superior to all other cultures. The West foreign policy consist of military domination, economic imperialism, political clout and cultural superiority. The West is trying to preserve their supremacy by promoting their own “rules” as the basis of the world order to suits its own interests with the rest of the world subservient to its whim at the given moment. The West occupied the top central position in the world order. The hallmark of western value and the “so-called” democracy is put in place of colonialism to enforce a new World Order with the West at the top hierarchy and the rest of the world subservient to them. The West is not the world and many countries have its own governance and there are many shades of government advancing many different political models that integrate religious values, religious identity, and politics. China has no interest in other countries political affairs or is interested in interfering with other countries interest. China has no cultural or political or historical baggage to grind with the world. China do not colonized any countries in the world. China is only interested in trading with other countries and it is a win-win situation.

I Like your channel but I think your views are indirectly influenced by Western talking points i.e. debt trap hehehhee soon will be over capacity, we have enough data to conclude if China is a friend or foe, but you did what aboutism perfected by Western talking heads. you cannot look at China in a vacuum you always have to reference it to something else i.e. past powers, current powers, friends and foes. perhaps you wanted to put all the info. out there and let people decide, without taking a position. in my view without context, the story becomes incomplete and seem to support the Western narrative. good job though

in view of the past 500 years without China, Africa could only be slaves, war zones, treated as animals by the west even put into zoo till mid 20th century, even in the late 20th century, without China, Africa mineral resources were taken by the west without any economic gain and heavily indebt. African usually appeared as bagger or even like babarians in the western media or in the advertisement to be used as a symbol for 'charity' which the west companies earned a lot. By the way, econmoics development and political development have different periods of development process, China has undergone it in the last 70 years, India is still in the corruption period of economic growth. By the way, is the past 500 years 'friendly' with west the best way you think for Africans ? or the recent China friendly development with African best for the Africans? Is China friend or foe to the African? the globe is small. Africa can choose who to be friends. What the west did and is doing to Africa a friend or foe? If west and the east both are seen to be foes, are you suggesting that African should be enemy to the whole world?
