Lovely to see "Leura" being lovingly restored by you. Myself and great mate, now sadly passed, Bruce Johnstone, bought Leura from Jack, in about 1983 and loved her .She is a lovely hull and glides through the water with a minimum of fuss. So good to see her being restored after all these years. Jack had the plans all drawn up , but when he saw the keel timber, jarrah, it was larger than the original plans. He couldn't bring himself to cut it off, so had the plans changed to fit the length of timber.

At the end she was moored up securely in her floating berth so hard to show how well it worked but it works very well

Yeah the old Kanzaki is a bit stiff. I might put some oil in her. But great job swapping out the old morse. Thanks Daniel

The steel slipper on Jennifer. The bottom of the slipper hasn't been coated to well for a long time and it has consumed its anodes in about 6 months
