I'm grinding from home boys. Working 4 days a week in retail and growing my web design business on the side. Since I left my full time job 7 weeks ago, I've had so much time and focus to put into the business. The wheels are finally starting to turn at the pace I want. A few more website clients and I'll be making as much as I was at my full time job but only working 4 days a week.

You got a good physique g but from my opinion your form is a bit off. I would slow it down, focus on that time under tension and getting a good pump on the muscle. If your goal is to get bigger and focus on hypertrophy then lowering the weight and increasing the rep ranges to between 9-12 is best.

Remember lads that in order to be shredded and lean, you need to be genetically gifted as a mesomorph or ectomorph & be insulin sensitive. This is a good strength building but not fat burning.
