As a fellow Shona person, you're right. Idk how we're the most white-washed country in southern Africa. Also, I love your art. Now I feel like doing the same with my ocs. One of them is Zimbabwean and the only thing that I can think to put her in is a zambia and dhuku and that doesn't seem like it's specifically Zimbabwean. I feel like there are a lot of African countries with the same thing.

No literally!! Cause like west African countries and other southern African countries have very distinct attires that give more “formal occasion”. It’s nice that I’m not alone in this! Definitely need more research for sure, always makes me kinda sad unfortunately:/

I use the jingsketch basic brush pack! I got it back in 2021 for free off of gum road but I dont know if costs money now.

I like the idea of Elena being asexual too, so I can talk about how sex isn't essential in your life to be happy. You don't even have to give a very deep explanation about Katherine and Elena's appearance. It happens with actual people (Katty Perry and Zoey Deschannel, for example) I love the trauma villains, a.k.a. Katherine, Damon, and Klaus. I need them to be happy. And I need them to be happy regardless of the sex of the other person. I kind of shipped Klaus with Stefan, but I understand that relationship is very toxic and we're all for healthy relationships here, thanks. I also like Klaus with Caroline, but I love Caroline with Stefan! (make it a threesome Gaby ¬¬ No, shut up! xD) I would like them to be happy at last, with someone who protects them and loves them.
