@supamart4984 it's a graveyard for dirty old desperate men, trying to make their pensions last them until they pass away..... there's only so many 60+ year old men walking 20 yards Infront of a teenage girl I can take but each to their own, if that's your thing, enjoy it! I left the west so I didn't have to be surrounded by westerners

Lovely property, good friend of mine, I know her since 2004, who is working also as an real estate agent, showed me those two appartments last xmas , it's a quiet location and a car would be recommended, also at least in one of the Appartment some of the buildin-furniture would need a little bit maintenance (maybe it's fixed now), but layout is nice and sea view is indeed amazing, which I guess does make a large part of the asked price if I remember correctly. I ended up buying a lovely 7 bedroom pool villa instead, not too far from that location in north Pattaya, without sea view thus slot cheaper and alot bigger with a huge private pool and beautiful palm garden. I spoke to someone from the USA, who rented a app there to work remotely. He loved staying there at the time. If you have the cash, it's surely worth a visit.

It is NOT 100mts from the beach its a simple thing to get right but as usual the estate agent decides its better to lie its close enough but its about 400 mts and you have to negotiate 2nd road .
