Depends your playstyle and rank. If you are low elo and newer sett, id ban garen or darius. If you are decent or better, id ban vayne or quinn. #1 counter to sett is renekton though. He is always safe ban.

what can i say if u buy bork on sett ur just bad The most optimal build is the stack HP and AD and not buying boots for that 5k true dmg W so u can oneshot a lvl 18 nasus :) and go grasp
