I wish there was more about this. He understood people really well and knew where to place them and who with. When he divided his crew he purposely took the more difficult and/or people who would be an issue for those left behind. He understood where their limits were and worked within that and got them all out alive.

In USA, we are not allowed to use raku ceramic for dinning products due to the metalic substance in the glaze. Is it ok in Germany?
