No. That’s not what he said in the video. He said you follow the imam. So even if you didn’t finish reciting Al Fatiha you follow the imam.

in America aka usa mosques announce to people to vote to elect the new president of the states . and uses the mosques as vote centers .women go in perfumed maked up and without hijabs interfaith which is kufr etc.... this is an example in google type "utah islamic center"

Assalamu alaykum sheikh , I have a question. If i join the prayer later like at the second sujud of 1st rakah after the Imam says the salam at fourth rakah and i stand up for the missed one rakah should i say the tashahud and send salawat to the Prophet again before giving salam.

Yes you should because that is your last raka'ah because the first rakah you completed with the imam is counted as your first and from there on
