Ihab, I am a bit confused about the table for shovel production shown at 16:50, as there was some matt conversation about excavators, and then we jumped over to shovels to complete the thought. Do you have the other tables for excavators? It would be nice to see backhoe productions as well. I do not see productions based upon soils listed above in the Cat Performance Handbook Edition 50, CAN YOU HELP?

The domino theory is way way out of date. It has been modernised. google 'bird and Germain domino'. the original blames the worker...the newer version puts emphasis on the employer and the safety system.'

most awkward example of for human factor theory....first u said overload was basically related to safety or ergonomic hazard. you also said a random noise would be associated with an inappropriate resonse. Then on the next slide overload was a result of a random noise and other psychosocial factors.....This kinda thing is what messes ppl up on tests

The swell of the excavated material is estimated to be 25%. The dozer must push the excavated material up a 12% slope where it will be stockpiled for later removal. The contractor has measured the pile of excavated material in front of the dozer’s universal blade just before spillage occurs and has determined the pile length to be 12.6 meters, the pile width to be 8.1 meters, and the pile height to be 4 meters. The dozer weighs 22,200 kgs, and the coefficient of traction is estimated to be 0.7 The average haul distance is estimated to be 100 meters. The material is to be disposed to a dump site which is located about 15 Kms from the site.
