Our advice, practice in the backyard. Stand on a stump, stool, etc and pitch at different objects. Good luck!

Fishing isin’t a computer game. Mother Nature deserves more respect than you and you are doing to destroy that. You’re a disgrace to the enjoyment of the outdoors.. You can put that Livescope where the sun don’t shine Bubba. Take away your electronic toys,, you couldn’t catch enough fish to feed yourself.

I experienced this exact deal today bank fishing while throwing a strike king hybrid hunter shallow edition in 2-3ft of water on a wind blown spawning flat. I knew from previous yrs they spawned across the entire flat where I was fishing, but I couldn’t see the beds from bank. (Probably 20-30 of active/inactive beds just out of sight range.) I sent that hybrid hunter out across that flat and it found the fish for me! 9 fish in 30mins! Edit: all my fish were caught on the Falcon Bucoo BRC-5-172 “swimjig” rod.

This was a really good video packed with information! Jig fishing and pitchin soft plastics are 2 of my favorite "old school" techniques! My go-to rod is the Falcon Bucoo Amistad! Way to break it down to basics! Great work Mike! Go Team Falcon! 👊🏻

The two best rods Falcon makes IMO and let’s call it the Mike McClelland rod like it used to be called

Howdy Falcon. I’m just wondering how this rod compares to the HDC-7M. I’ve been using that rod to throw small 1/4oz square bills, crank baits, and small flat sides and it seriously flings them well with a mgl reel. Does it have a similar feeling blank? I also use the Bucoo trap caster 7MH-MF. Does that feel similar to the HDC-7MH? Love that rod over a straight moderate. Feels better when I’m working a jerkbait, topwater, etc where I’m going through cover and not straight cranking.
@FalconRods3 ай бұрын
Hey! Yes, both of those are basically the same rods when comparing them to the Bucoo’s you outlined. The Bucoo’s have a better quality blank which will make them a little more sensitive and give the blank a slightly stiffer feel then the HD series. Hope that helps! Regardless we stand by our quality in all of our rods. Good luck!

If you pull bass from 45 feet of water it's dead. You should eat that fish. Don't target fish that deep if you plan on releasing them.

It's boring to watch people standing there on the bow staring down at a screen. The last few tourneys I watched I ended up just turning them off because it's just guys looking at their screen till they find a fish to cast right to. It sucks for spectators.
