All these videos are misleading. You are not editing your own photos. You are using your photo to generate something different. Change the title please. People just lose time in this way.

I feel like unless you have Robert Wu's permission and endorsement, you probably shouldn't be using his name in your prompts and/or your videos. This is why people have problems with the ethics of AI.

I am a subscribed mijourney user and have been fairly disappointed so far. Perhaps I'm doing it wrong but I can't get the tool to reference the image I upload at all. I have tried multiple tutorials and the images it gives me seem to be completely unrelated to the images I upload and reference. Did you have that problem at all?

I subscribed to midjourney and I am little disappointed too with the results...maybe it's a matter of what I expected that is (still) not possible to do or it is my lack of experience...anyway, I have just discovered, when you use an image prompt, i.e. when you add the url of an image of yours to the midjourney prompt, you can add the parameter --iw followed by a value between 0.5 and 2. The default is 1 (i.e whan you don't use that parameter at all). The higher the value, the more consistent to the uploaded image the final midjourney results should be. Hope this helps

| Great vid. Thank you. I've also been using iw-- to tell MidJourney how much weight to give the image ... experiment but I think it's iw-- .5 to be just barely using you ref image to iw-- 5 to be most like your ref image. Works pretty well for me so far. Newbie here.
