It sounds good and it’s been recommended for me to take. This video is good for insomnia. 😉 perhaps I just need to be smarter but I think the take away message is it’s good for annoying viruses out of your cells by tying them up and dobbing them into your immune system.

Such an awesome video. excellent information, thank you. i had previously been aware of the health benefits of Shilajit, due to its Fulvic Acid content, but i never knew that Fulvic/Humic acids could disable the virus replication process. since watching this i have done research qnd found the applicable medical research studies that do indeed prove that Fulvic acid prevents enveloped virus replication in cells. I have now taken the necessary steps to acquire. Thank. Be safe, healthy, happy and vigilant during tuese difficult times. Namaste 🙏

Is the Oxford Waltz a competition dance? No. Would this video be for beginners looking for an introduction to entry level dancing? Probably yes. Is this how most people in most local dance halls do the Oxford Waltz. Yes, and probably not as good as this couple. Could dancers go on to later include rise and fall, stretching & other more advanced techniques. Yes, if they want to. Do even comp. dancers tone down their dancing for social dancing? Well yes. Why criticise? That's not helpful. Did YOU make a youtube video and show us all how YOU & your dance-partner would do it? Well, please feel free to do so . . . we're all waiting for enlightenment?

Well done Ken & Jennie with these New Vogue dances. Importantly you are showing the "line of dance" which is necessary for social circles. Many demonstrations are shown without the lines which makes it difficult for the male lead. John Allen. An old grateful student...still dancing at 77.

Nice demo but please rise and fall !!!
@PeterHonline8 жыл бұрын
+Phillip Clark valid point, but the demo is only meant to be "social style" in this instance, to help social dancers with the steps.

Thanks Peter for sharing , my parents are sequence dancers and really liked this piece of music. They also loved your rendition of the dance and it has inspired them to work harder. They will be pleased to know what the piece of music is for the dance!

Hi Carol, Yes a great piece of music by Ronald Binge in 1963 and was the BBC theme to the shipping forecast. This version is by David Last on Lasting Memories vol 2 cd number CDTS 073 from Maestro Records

Re "52 beats per minute", should that be "bars per minute"?
@PeterHonline8 жыл бұрын
+dymafieto You're right ... thanks. "International Standard Waltz is a Waltz dance and danced to slow waltz music, preferably 28-30 bars per minute (84-90 beats per minute)." Some modern sequence dances are faster, at 48-52 bars per minute. 3 beats equals one bar.

Very nice, enjoyed the performance.danced this years ago & liked it but it has been neglected in our area, sadly to say.Our teachers seem to prefer to introduce so called "fun dances" that need no brain activity,SIC,
