What resolution do you use in Photoshop to create the arts? Should we use the same as the paper because of the borders?

I'm using the resolution of the picture in Photoshop - 2080 x 3120 , yeah you can use the same resolution , but in the app you can make this picture borderless

It's not terrible , for this price it's good , and if you buy the quality paper for this printer ( phomemo, peripage ... ) it can work well .
