He allows you to understand different things at different moments and time. For example, Jesus walked with two of his disciples after his resurrection. They didn’t know it was him until the moment Jesus allowed them to see. Hope this helps

Thank you very much... I realized that I was a lukewarm Christian but like felt bad every time I sinned then asked for forgiveness even though I knew that it might happen again. But recently, I started reading a chapter in proverbs at night, and I hope it builds up. Thanks again!

@@ILiveInYourWalls don’t fight, because you won’t win. Run away from it and run to god. When u get the desire to do it, put your phone down go into another room or outside and, just start reading your bible. Don’t just be like “I don’t wanna do it, I’m not gunna do it” then you fall. You must run from it and don’t let your mind think about it. As it says in proverbs “as a man thinketh so is he”

I don’t read my Bible for a while but I keep it consistent every day (the longer I read it the more I forget) so I read powerful scripture but in take it small amounts for everyday of the week

Thanks for the encouragement but after I get done reading my Bible for 5 minutes I still may need to talk with my mom about a few things because I honestly can't trust the ways of this world or people because people will fail me but I know God will continue to help me through my struggles and difficulties because Jesus loves me that much to not leave me or abandon me because he is the Lord over everything

Hey bro, great question watching videos is great but if you don’t have a strong biblical background. The videos could be twisted and you could be getting false information. I had the same problem. What I would recommend is just open your Bible and start reading. Even if you can only read for 15 seconds that’s progress. Track how much you read every week and try to up it by 10 to 20%. Every week. And in a couple months time you’ll be able to focus for long periods of time and make true progress. An audio Bibles while you’re doing sports or cleaning or something is great too. But actually reading the words is next level 😉. Don’t try to go from reading 30 seconds a week to 10 hours a week. Make incremental progress and you’ll get there. I promise.

I am afraid. I sin. I feel really down. Like really depressed. I've been tryna keep faith in God. Hopefully. I dont know how their can be a way to heaven for me. Past few days have just been horrible. So bad. I've felt afraid for jugement day, I still sin. I'll talk about domthing I've been struggling with. Fasting. I feel like sometimes God calls me to fast, and sometimes I ignore it. Maybe. I feel like im stuck in that. I feel like that's what I am maybe feeling, maybe a bit of a separation from God. I dont like how I am sometimes. I can be disobedient. I can lie. Everybody sins. I just feel like I do it out of, maybe disobedient, or weakness. I hopefully would like to do what's right. I'm afraid. I dont know man. How can I overcome this sin. I kinda get a bit sick when I fast for a whole day. Or maybe more. Like from night. Till the morning after that next day. I hate this bro. I hate how I feel. Of this doesn't make much sense I'm sorry. But like. Can you help? I ain't forcing or anything just asking. Godbless you bro!

Everyone sins and messes up, but what sins are these you are talking about; also, God doesn’t condemn you, and if you get sick while fasting: fasting doesn’t always have to be food, and it doesn’t have to be a religious obligation; fasting can get us closer to God, but what He means by fasting is not to torture ourselves for no reason; it’s sacrificing something to help others; it could be food, it could be time, etc.; it’s all in Isaiah 58; and overcoming sin is tricky, but there is a verse about walking by the Spirit and not by the flesh, and the Fruits of the Spirit are love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, meekness, faith, and temperance (Galatians 5:22-23), and we’re here for you; you don’t have to condemn yourself; there’s a Proverb that talks about how “The righteous falleth seven times”, but he gets back up, but you have us and God; prayer is good too

@@minibobcat Jesus gives us 100 percent assurance we r going to heaven if we accept him and repent. I promise there are people 100 times worse than you that repented and got saved. If you question your salvation. You could always Just pray right now and ask for forgiveness and repent of your sins

Jesus doesn’t condemn John 3:17-18 "For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God".

The reason why you’re going down this cycle is because you’re trusting your thoughts above God’s word. Jesus did everything on the cross for you. You don’t have to try harder do better. Jesus died for past present and future sins. You don’t have to ask for forgiveness because that would be saying Hey jesus I know you died for my sins but I sinned again so jump back up on the cross for me. That would be putting him to shame. Hebrews 6:6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame".

Repenting isn’t asking for forgiveness or listing out your sins. If you think about it not a single biblical character never lists out their sins x, y, and z. When you read the context they are confessing they are sinners from birth After you acknowledge that you can’t change your sinful inheritance you go to Jesus and accept him who saved you Made you righteous perfect and holy No longer having to work for salvation and righteousness

I am a youth servant and I just don't feel any spark or deep connection with God lately so I got reminded that God is not the one who moves away, people are. @@amoshlama4883 hey, so most people try to fight sexual sin with there flesh. Thinking to themselves “no I won’t do it I will win this time” but you always keep falling. The Bible says to run, you will never win if you fight you just have to flee. If you are living in the same house with her, maybe you shouldn’t. Don’t put yourself in a position where you can sin and you are much less likely to do it. Lmk if you have any other questions.
