In my opinion if there was to be a new dukes of hazzard movie, it should be titled "Return to Hazzard" and it should have the edgier and gritty tone of the Georgia episodes and have both Bo and Luke as the patriarcs of the duke family and have a new generation of duke boys, Grady and Bobby Lee, and through out the movie we see how much Bo and Luke have become just like Jesse in terms of family values and how much they care about their nephews more than life itself and how much Grady and Bobby Lee are just like Bo and Luke when they were younger and see how strong the family bond has stayed years later. The storyline will mainly revolve around Grady and Bobby Lee returning to Hazzard after 6 years and getting into a whole heap of trouble with the movies new villian Jake Rainey and the new Hazzard county sheriff Jimmy Larkins. Daisy and Cooter will also return in here somewhere as well as some new characters like the young beautiful blonde city girl named Diane Collins as a romance starts to blossom between her and Bobby Lee, and close childhood friend of Grady and Bobby named Roy Munro. For the cars of the movie Im thinking Grady and Bobby's car will be a 68 Chevrolet El Camino in brown ( a reference to Black Oak Conspiracy 1977) which ends up getting sabotaged and destroyed, and of course the General Lee will be put back into service like the trusty steed he is, a 69/70 GMC pickup in mint green patina will be also be used in some scenes or sometimes in the background mainly cause the farm don't look right without it, the police vehicles will possibly be old crown vic interceptors and Jake Rainey will be driving a similar white convertible since he took over as county commissioner since Roscoe passed away. And as part of the mix add a biker gang, a dog named tramp, stock car racing and a whole bunch of folks getting together for a whole lot of fun.
