This guy started a charity for kids way back in the late 80s to bring singing and dancing to kids who needed some joy in their lives. He travels around teaching kids silly dances and songs. This is for kids. But it is also for joy. And it is incredibly good at bringing joy as you can see from the views and the memes. So he doesn’t need to think it is good. He can know it is good because it exceeded all expectations of how much joy it could spread.
