We were just not a big fan of that restaurant, we have also done it in Vegas and we’re not overly impressed. However everyone has their own opinion and preferences! I’m sure to others it is fantastic which is great. For us personally we find having to talk to customer relations a bit exhausting and we would rather just go elsewhere in the future

You need to sign up at any MGM resort/ casino for a players card. Then once you do that you have to spend some time / money at some games and depending on the amount that goes back and forth through the machine offers will start to come in the mail!

Yes it was very pricey but wanted to show lots of options! Yes we agree and it can be unsafe at night. It's a fun place to do for the weekend but not much compares to good old Vegas!

We both agreed that it’s great for the price, we just figured for how famous it is and how much people love it that in peak season at dinner time on a weekend night there would be more options. I think that’s where we were disappointed to find just fried fish and a few sandwiches. The price point is fantastic! Personally, we love authentic pub food so for us that’s a great dinner option, we don’t always want to eat in the casinos either. I think we were just hoping for a bit more options but overall the price point and the food was good.

Understood. Im a loyal regular so I'm biased lol lol. The reason why they have the shortened menu is mostly due to staffing issues. A lot of the crew are older, so the long hours are tough. Before the pandemic they had daily specials that were home cooked meals, like the Sheppard's Pie was to die for, the absolute best in the city. Unfortunately the pandemic was hard on the pub, lost a lot of long term people.... I do apologize for coming on "hot" to the review. But the reason why there's hype is that the pub is loved for so many reasons. And the food is not the main attraction. Honestly it's the people. The owners are in their 80s, and so unbelievably charitable. They rescue animals, and have given jobs and aid to so many people who have been down on their luck. Cathy donates so much time and money to various city charities. Many of the people there have been employees since the 1970s, and they all treat everyone great. I understand that you are not from the area and had no perspective. The thing is there is so much more the The Irish Pub and AC than meets the eye. The pub is a true survivor. A successful small business in AC battling against the casinos. A lot of other small businesses cant compete against the casinos. But the Irish Pub and that building have endured since 1903, the Irish pub 1972...anyway, thanks for your response. I hope you give it another shot, come for lunch and have an Irish coffee!​@@TheCompleteCouple

Your checked and carry on bags were weighed but they personally did not but them in the sizer. They came around and checked your backpack then put a tag on it saying it was cleared but they did not put it in the sizer

Thanks for the comment! We have only been to Borgata one time. You need to go to the players club and get a players card. We would suggest gambling around $500 whether you win or lose it you should then soon get offers in the mail (you can probably go to other MGM casinos and still get borgata offers). Make sure the players club has your correct address!!

The price point could be less just depends on the casinos occupancy

You are only given 2 options on board. A seafood/meat option or a vegetarian option. If you have serious allergies like gluten, certain meats, ect you can input that online earlier and they will give you a meal that works around your allergy

@@TheCompleteCouple cool man thanks a lot sea food totally fine for me I have pork and eggs allergy which is same protein type at all :) so when they started to serving I can ask sea food or meat right?

Yes just ask for the seafood/meat option! Worse case scenario if it has pork/ egg you will just get the vegetarian option ☺️ but I would say it’s very rarely pork or egg

You can pre order various options on the website pre flight - vegetarian, vegan, diabetic, gluten free.
