crewing matters the most, you can use your voyager or NX-01 in a system you can station, that's what I did in my low 40s

Cube isn't good until tier 13+, still the faction ships of equal ops/power are better, scopely and their content creators shills billed ship as the best ship in your fleet, even they have come off those statements. Mine didn't become usefully until tier 15

@@CaptJackSpade yes this was the real problem for me, it’s a real shame. Hopefully they let people play on even if only 1 or 2 players turn up (similar to waves). The rewards for loss are better than nothing.

Kuron is speed officer, poor choice for crewing for these

@CaptJackSpade hardly, im not looking to spend 15 min killing ships there. I go grind 5min and i get enough rare rss to do 4-5 days of double pull. The faster the better. I would be hitting the 51s if they paid out 4* rares but they dont.

@@adikmen007 Used E-pic E-data Janeway & took 28 silents and 47k loot. Used E-pic 5 Kuron & took 25 silents and 45k loot. Impulse speed went from 179 to 242, but not much real-world difference in time. Perhaps a minute, maybe 2 at best. negligible difference.

So you look for players you can compete against, Two or Three alliances spamming each other isn't PVP, it's exploiting the event and not competing

I think the concept was good, again I’m not a fan of mechanics in the game where my success relies on other players bringing the right ships & crewing them properly

With limited below deck officers, Ghrush balances out the stats

Archer, Tucker, Phlox works on them too, unfortunately Archer’s loot boost doesn’t work here, but I’m able to punch up using both crews

thanks, I'm working on my Enterprise D now, I don't plan to move up to 61 until there are massive changes in the 6 star economy or runout of stuff to upgrade, I'll have all of my Negh'Var prints in about 4 wks, I have of half of them now. No fun to have the ship if you can't even afford the repair bills and speed ups for the ship. Scopely will have to make changes, too many 6 star players leaving the game or playing like high tiered 60's now. I plan to tier my Rotarran to 9, build and tier my Enterprise D to the same and then tier out the Rotarran, then exhaust every research at 60 and upgrade every non-specialty building to 60, before I even think of moving up. I reached the goal and the ship I wanted when I started the game, so I'm in no hurry.

@@CaptJackSpade Very smart, I jumped to lv61 a month ago and still wish I was at 60. I too started the game for the Rot, way back when they started the game and the Brel was the only thing like the real bird of prey, so I 100% understand the feeling when that ship pops out of the ship yard. Been killing reds in the Haz systems for awhile now and T9 was costing me 11b tri a run with 4 runs a day. The tri costs isn’t that bad, but the warp time really stinks and the highways don’t open up until lv64. So, I am camping until I have 8 million of the new tri saved and I could consider jumping to lv62. I also have the unc ship, went Rom due to firing pattern, but no point in building it as you will need to kill lv64 reds. The G5 epics stop being useful at lv65 reds…so, yeah they really messed up the game costs on this last round.
