Hello teacher! I am one of your fan and subscriber and I always follow all your youtube videos. I am writing to seek your valuable advice regarding my career path. Here is my background. I passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET). I am a licensed public secondary English teacher. I worked as a Secondary English teacher with the Department of Education (DepEd) from 2013 to 2019, after which I transitioned to Japan as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT), a role I have been fulfilling since 2019 until now. But now, I am now considering teaching opportunities in the United States and would appreciate your guidance on the best steps to take. Specifically, would you recommend that I pursue units in Special Education (SPED) to increase my chances of being hired? I understand that SPED teachers are currently in demand, while it may be more challenging for Secondary English teachers to to get hired and secure a long-term positions compare to SPED teachers. And I’ve learned that it is also difficult for a Filipino Secondary English teacher applicant to get hired, secure a long-term positions and obtain an H1B visa or a green card through Secondary English teaching role unlike SPED teaching role which easier than Secondary English teaching role. I have one white dove with a blach neck collar. They are very rare where I live, South Australia. I picked this one up three years ago. It had no collar then. It asked for food. I have no idea where it came from. It lives with me in the house, and in a cage. I have seen another one that came to say hello, and never came back. My bird escaped about two years ago, and came daily to be fed by hand. I caught it after three months and put it back in its cage; a magpie attacked it while free and would have killed it had I not rescued it. Better alive in captivity than dead. It is not a fully humanised bird, but not fit to sutvive on its own either. It must have belonged to someone before it came my way.

They are domestic ringnecks, form or subspecies of the eurasian collared dove, its an easy mistake to make, atleast u got Pet doves since eurasians are best to keep wild
