Awesome garden being the size and it’s location. Only suggestion would be to loosen the roots before you fill in the soil to help them. I cannot wait for the gardening show to hit the networks in the future!

hogfish is so good, used to spear them in the Keys. The filets are so white and tasty. The locals call them "Pico Patos" or "Pes Perro"

Great First Fish Luzia... I've never seen one before. My first thought would be its poisonous if i caught it from those red stripes, like Chinaman Fish here which are deadly. The second fish looks like Mangrove Jack in here Australia. They are the same stripes when young & solid bronze red when their mature. Young live in mangrove creeks, eventually moving out to reefs to grow massive because they will attack any fish in their territory. And they run like a kangaroo in a bush-fire the second they bite.
