I’ve had this vacuum for a few years now and it’s still going strong. kzbin.infoUgkx8ISPQRRAfpAaX4msGjyodObTBnlj4T5g I was cleaning it today and thinking about how much I love no bags to buy and that it comes apart for easy clean up. When I first purchased it we had two dogs and a cat and it kept up well. The suction was great then and still is now. I’m always amazed at the amount of hair it picks up, it works better than any other vacuum I’ve had for pet hair. The attachments are handy and work well. It’s easy to use with arthritic hands. I just had to come write a review because I’m still so pleased with this purchase.

In 2 mins of cleaning i get the red flashing light and it stops working. What is wrong?

It sounds like the bag is full or the pre motor filter needs changing. Unless you’ve been picking up fine powder like material or Kobosan and the bag is not full these can block the bag pores. If this is the case you can take the bag out give it a shake and pop it back into the machine will help get little more use out of it. Unless you have a part or full blockage say in the Powerhead! The instruction manual will advise fully what the red light means. Little tip to get the most out of the bag if your using Kobosan to dry clean your carpets do this when the bag is nearly full that way you don’t waste an empty bag. This works for me fine.

I worked for this company in the 1980's in the greater Los Angeles area as a Home Sales Advisor. Believe me, Vorwerk is the Real Deal!! I sold many of them, I never had a complaint, and the equipment they engineer is the best on the planet, guaranteed!! The Kobosan works marvelously, sometimes however, you do encounter poorly maintained carpets and furniture out there, so you have to use a bit more product than normal, but the results are always great, also the carpets and furniture smell great and feel so soft when the treatment is completed. Typically, the Kobosan treatments should be done about every 3 months IMO depending on how particular you are about cleanliness, and it helps also NEVER to wear shoes from outside dragging God knows what into your house, I always recommended people wear house slippers instead, they are much cleaner and your carpets and rugs will stay much cleaner and require far less maintenance. It's great for pet lovers too, these systems clean up after them extremely well!! Believe me, This Company is the BEST in the World!!!

Whwn you have it on the floor, it is very easy and not heavy at all to move forward. My retired husband just washed 100m2 stone floor with it in 15 minutes and thought it was a great fun! An 8 year old child can easily push it forward.

Ours isn't opening, seems jammed shut and no pressing or pulling at it works, it's stuck. Anyone else managed to work around this??

@@Maza675 Hey! If it's any help; my dad has this hoover and I'd asked on his behalf. I didn't get any answers on here or anywhere else online, but suggested my dad contact the company direct; they replaced the hoover and said it was a faulty hoover he'd had. It was fairly easy to get it resolved anyway (though this was in 2017...) I hope you get this sorted, it isn't a cheap hoover by my understanding!
