None, unless you have a basic (around B1 level) swedish command. When you get that, you can look for vårdbitrände jobs (ward helper). After you get around B2, start looking for läkarassistent jobs.

@@Imm0rtall87 update: i haven't lift heavy since then. I'm just doing battle ropes, cardio and pickle ball to keep myself active. Hopefully oneday i can lift again

@@hieuthepunk i dont do anything to be honest... i wait to be healed, doctor told me i can do like 70% of my pr but i dont want, i rather wait to pass so i minimize the chance of getting it again... now that we have this we have 20-50% chance of getting it again... and if we do get it again we could do laser to minimize it, I would as i cant stop powerlifting... i just cant.. i fell inlove with it, i started gym 2 years in 1 month from now and i do powerlifting around 1 year for squats and deadlift 1 year and 6 months... i got this from ego lifting... i m stupid, i was doing 180kg for 2 but i felt so nice and i said lets do 200kg i loaded the bar, had 2 spotters and when i went down i felt it so heavy... my stupid mind instead of giving up i said no i ll do it so i grided for around 10 seconds till i get it up.... i felt that something happened in my head... but i said it will pass and dropped again to 180kg and continued... after 2 hours i left gym.... on my way home i could see double screen and i blinked my left eye and i could see a bright circle... now i think the circle is getting smaller so that is good i hope and i only see it when i blink otherwise i dont see it but i see blurry... so we see but yes, i will avoid liftings over the top from now on... we will lift again mate!!!!!!
