Hi anis. I thought that after cleaning the European board of opthalmology you dont need any extra preparation or even Resedency ,even if you move to US. But seems things are deferent on other side of world. Wish you luck and you deserve the best.

Sir i have now currently -6.25 D and -7.50 D am i also in risk? And my power reduced by -3 to meet the above power. Will not using the Valsalva maneuver help me to do weight training without eye problems please reply Sir? And also will doing moderate to little heavy weight workout be bad not heavy lifting though?

As I tell my kids it's okay to fail that's how we learn but it's not okay to stay a failure. Never say I don't know say I may not know now but I will find out. I never knew my career path or what I wanted and 1 day I got a wild hair up my but to learn about the stock market and now I'm 60% up making 2k a month. Life has a funny way of teaching us you just have to be open to the possibilities and lessons it's trying to teach you.

I am 43 year old MD i want to move from sweden to the US but i am still stuck here cause i had my genital change surgery in sweden and treating neovaginal hypergranulation which is on now for months , the good thing is the free healthcare system here its amazing . I had my surgery in Sahlgrenska it was an amazing experience the nurses the doctors were amazing ...

@@نورالامة1000 Honey its called dysphoria something difficult to understand . second 43 is not old its middle age you gonna be there sooner or later embrace it . and if you take good care of yourself you gonna look and feel perfect . regarding my operation it failed partly as i lost my ability to orgasm but doing revision soon .

@@Nourr1992 Studies shows that dysphoria can be treated by means of psychological therapy not just cuting off you genital for the irreversible ramifications of such an undertake. Second i did not say you were old i meant that what is the point of such a thing when you are nearly 45 years of age ? Third dang ! That is unfortunate i wish you fast recovery

@@نورالامة1000 I think i did it at the right time as i am old enough to know my self now and i am completely sure that i am a woman .i do not miss my earlier anatomy but i just want my new anatomy to function normally as it was a rough path .Dysphoria is something that destroyed my life and the only way to treat it in some cases is by surgery . i do not hide it that i felt shocked after the surgery and up to now i question my decision but there was no way out . Thank you for your nice wishes ..
