I practice Samadhi, Vipassana, and other forms of meditative practice including Metta practice. I find that I can love and feel (seems real and genuine anyway) genuine compassion for all Humanity during and after meditation however I find it can be very difficult to feel compassion for specific individuals, like the guy who is riding my bumper and then uses his auto as a weapon and cut me off for no specific reason. Does anyone else share this experience?

It's all right to fight with him. That's why samurais were created in Japan. Fighters with samadhi. Compassionate but savage

But what if we have no teachers? All I have are suttas, books, and youtube videos. I have no one to talk to and discuss my experiences. Do I keep it all to myself? Because I know a ton of people who could benefit immensely from this kind of practice. It seems to me that this "secret stuff" attitude does more harm than good, even though the people who are interested in this subject are naturally a very small percentage of the population.

You have to go it alone brother. KZbin gives you access to Ajahn Sona. His channel will give you what you are seeking if you go through his playlists. Guaranteed. (I am proof.). Good luck. And best wishes my friend. You can do it! Just follow Sonas instructions. 😊
