I just downloaded the app Shutter Counter and connected my Canon EOS Rebel T3i to my mac but I am not able to get the camera to show in the app. It is stuck in the "loading". it is not detecting the camera. Using Mac M1 Air. Any suggestions?

Just both the app, I tried connecting my 5D - MII via the USB cable, it is not detecting the camera. I've taken out the CF card and turned camera on and off and restarted the app several times but still no go. Any suggestions to get this to work?

Built-in Wi-Fi must be disabled, when connected via USB, as it blocks the USB port, when enabled

The 5D Mark II is not equipped with WiFi so this suggestion does not apply as there is no WiFi to turn on or off on this camera.
