ok sampling is one thing and its not just the same chord structure because the same chord structure would be acceptable, but this is the same everything in a different key...it just skims under the copyright laws. it may have been accidental but the writers of this song should get some royalties for bad romance...

No one said the key of those songs are the same. The chord progression and melody in Kylie's song is the same Gaga used to sing the chorus in Bad Romance. It's quite ironic how you tell people to learn how to "analyze music" when you don't know that chord progression does not mean "same chords" or "same key". Gaga is a serial rip-off artist. All her songs are based on someone else's song, melody or chord progression. She is highly unoriginal. This is another example and, indeed, a rip off.
