I find it difficult to like anything about this vehicle other than the updated grill and perhaps the pano roof. Engine doesn’t have the driving experience, character, or reliability of the v8. 1 extra combined mpg. Took out the upscale wood materials on luxury trim for cheaper rubbers and plastics. Annoying eye track monitoring on the steering wheel. Yes you can turn it off, but it looks dumb even being there and just an unnecessary amount of privacy invasion (data tracking). Plus it doesn’t even look like a luxury vehicle anymore. It looks like every other 4Runner and bronco brodozer on the road. OH, and it’s more expensive! What a treat. These 550s are the definition of try hard. Anyone with half a brain and not drowning in their own ego to “look cool” with the latest and greatest would get a 2022/2023 blackline OR luxury trim with sport design package and call it a day.

Seems overly complicated to engage the ranges and lockers.

Repeatedly stabbing at buttons is the wrong approach in this car. A flashing light tells you the car is waiting confirmation your requested action is confirmed and functioning. Unfortunate for these people it is actually idiot proof. Did I say that out loud?

It need a 3 inch lift kit to perform better and should come standard from the factory for the price to even call it an off road Vehicle 🚗 For the money 💰 Unfortunately lots of money for not much off an off road vehicle 🚗 I know I own one .

They swap in a softer swaybar for this test ride as the consumer ineos doesn't even flex like that🤣

On behalf of owners everywhere, I would like to thank you, and the excellent copilot, for correctly using the transfer case and lockers. At last (after watching many review/drive videos), I wasn’t pulling out my hair while shouting, “No no no, you’re doing it wrong! Read the manual!”😅

Let us know if you’d like to see us test a specific vehicle in the future because we are going back to Bridgeport OHV to film some footage!

To engage the rear/front lockers, I believe you push the button only once, not twice.

Unfortunately the event organisers gave you completely wrong information about engaging the various modes. As you worked out for yourselves, you CAN lock the centre diff in high range (and, incidentally, you can drive in low range with the centre diff unlocked). To engage the rear and front lockers, you don’t have to be in neutral. Just press the button ONCE. The light will flash while the vehicle confirms that the locker has engaged, and will then go solid.
