Don't waste your money. It's not what it seems, and whoever made this FAKE movie clip is practically lying. The hotel is bankrupt and very run down and is in need of a massive refurbishment. If you're looking for a very cheap downgraded, then it's for you, but personally myself and my partner and I had to move rooms due to a bug infestation plus zero AIRCON!!!

So they have rebuild it? When I was on Lanzarote in December 2000 it was a total ruin. What I have learned that it is not allowed to build houses/buildings more that 2 stores high because of one man(Do not remember the name).

Ivisa is a scam company. It works with the local government to scam tourists. The format of the visa is 30 days, but it is accurately from entering the day to expiration. It is the day you have to get out, not the day for the visa expired. I meet 7 people had the same problem in vietnam and also the agency waiting out there to take the business. It will cost you more than a thousand us dollars to obtain another visa.

Great video, i have been going for 10 years at Christmas time, i have been to the main square never wandered through the back part which looks very good. This year i have booked next to this area, i only wish i would have done this sooner. Henneseys is the main bar i go to nice views over the bay.

One would think with over a decade of experience that they would know when the embassy is closed for a holiday every year at the same time, but they took my money anyway. I applied for what they call a "Speedy eVisa" that cost $253. I had several conversations with on on-line Bot that continued to assure me that I'd have my eVisa a day before my flight. Turns out that it was Chinese New Year and the Embassy is closed for several days. This is something they should have known, as they are the so called professionals. I booked 2 flights and hotel stays that I missed because I trusted them. My out of pocket loss was over $3,000. They know it was their fault because they refunded the $253, but nothing else. I asked for $1,600 that they were directly the cause for, and they denied me. So no, I'll never use them again, and would urge caution to anybody dealing with this company. I don't think they're scammers because some do get their Visa, but the Character of this company sucks.

I noticed that no one in the video has umbrellas or loungers. Is there a place to rent them there?

This is quite possibly one of the worst hotels on the island, filthy place full of drunk chavs.

Ideal is not a word o would use for Costa Teguise. Some 30 years ago it was some how nice, but now with all the wind shadow created by all the buildings is far from ideal.

All the years I'm coming to Lanzarote and I never knew this place was here! Will definitely check it out on my next visit. I always stay in the old town so it's close by too!😊

Been there years ago. Back when me and my sister were children. Back then this huge pool wasn’t the only pool. There were 2 other pools upstairs. I’d like to go back there, see what has become of the old place.
