Very interesting combine. I have seen photos of that onein a book. Im sure the guy had a Massey Harris 722 also. The 722 being the first Massey combine to be built in the Uk at Manchester. The 21 was only assembled here.

Great Ploughs were the Huard, We had one on our Market garden for several years and done us proud, would bury anything and easy to use with hardly any adjustment at all,.

We had mostly JD but neighbours had these old Massey Engine was underneath. Had big long feeder chain in the front to take the crop up over the engine to the concave and rasp bars for threshing. .

The hay rack looks more like modern trailer to pull on hwy. LoL. Don't need to unload trailer ten just hook behind a good heavy p/ truck LoL

Nice. That would be a great plow for digging potatoes. Is the plow 14” or 16”. I have a 1951 TEA20 Ferguson. Great old tractors.

I also have a 1954, petrol with a Horndraulic loader. I would love to plant some spuds but too many big rocks! Can’t shift them!

Always a big fan of big single cylinder motor bikes this is one of the best ever 70 years on it still looks and sounds like new just out of the factory. 600 cc's at idle is a wonderful sound

Pilot mixture is too rich it is Eight Stroking on tick over 4 to 7 second in it briefly settles to Four Stroking. Minor adjustment needed to a beautiful restoration job

It wasn't set up properly as it was running for the first time since fully rebuilt. Thankyou it now it a combination as planned and has travelled around many countries in Europe and the uk.

@@lightningrob A great and very reliable motor bike worked one for my brother over sixty years ago. You will not ever see a modern buzz box restored and still running at 70 years old.

I believe it was seeded with what they harvested for many years. Of the marsham show. It was done for demonstration of the old equipment. It was the last time as the marsham show had finished and wound up. But as there was this field to cut the demonstration went ahead just for fun.

Back in 72, The local IHC dealer tried to sell me the same model machine, We needed a running combine. He wanted $500. US. Claimed it to run good. I would have bought it if so, but we couldn't even get the motor to crank over. It needed a lot of patching on the rusted out lower elevator bottoms as well. If it would have been able to start it, I would have done it, but they wouldn't even have the mechanic waste time to help, so we walked! Wouldn't mind finding a decent one today, for my own vintage farming hobby. The one then had an electric winch type of header lift, never saw another like it since.

iv had loads of british twins along with mats my experience the bsa mybe not the fastest but was the most reliable lv also had jap twins yam xs xs2 suzuki temptess it was the smoothest kawasaki w1 my pick the dsa a10 road rocket jap the suzuki temptess just saying 75 still riding modifieing retired thailand
