Very very interesting video. I love Gambia and all things to do with nature especially birdwatching. Like you I'm UK based. You are absolutely right not to recommend any land agents in Gambia. A few are ok but you highly likely to encounter problems if you buy land from a KZbinr. It's a long story but problem in Gambia is that most agents or KZbinrs try to sell land before they are actually the legally registered owner and that, at best, creates a multiplicity of problems and at worst leaves one highly vulnerable to being scammed! Just subbed!
@NaturalGambia2 жыл бұрын
I'm glad you found it interesting. Honestly the land matter hasn't got any better, we can only hope the government puts structures in place to get a grip on things. Thank you for joining the family! 😀

I am very curious Natural Gambia! Is it a strict rule in regards to the materials of the tea set in attaya? I have a very mix match set from a tanzanian colleague from a long time ago the shot glasses are ceramic. I'm not sure if its appropriate for me to do it with ceramics cups or not being of african descent. I do remember fondly that my colleague would serve tea in the office during special occasions and i finally found out the term behind her style of hosting tea! It truly is something, i always wondered if it was the mint leaves that gave the foam or a particular tea leaf that did so!
