The 2023 Tacoma has a clip that larch the door shut. This is not on the example in the video. I talked it causes the latch to be a little more difficult to operate, might need a bit of adjustment.

Where can I get one?

Why don't you try moving the seats up and not laying them in the back seats. Then take another video of how that piece of junk cover will rub on both front seats. Waste of money do not buy one of these!!!

My 2018 has a different grommet base.

How the heck do you align the large piece?

I bought and tried 2 other console covers from Amazon. I returned them. They said they were specifically for my vehicle. They didn't fit, were way too small, were flimsy and one was neoprene. We needed a very durable cover for our puppy's claws. This one is perfect. It goes on easy with 2 wide elastic straps, is very, very sturdy and the rear of the cover actually stays in place. I don't usually leave comments but after trying to on Amazon, I found this one on Amazon. Thank you, JDMCAR!
