I'd guess cutting, stopping etc. If all he had to do was straight-line running and go laterally he would be out there but having to do a cut back and/or stop on a dime he's probably not fully cleared for? Totally a guess

That's the big scare for CMC with the Madden Curse looming. If you're going to take CMC just make sure you grab his handcuff or draft RB a little on the deep side.

I actually saw that 8 felonies thing after I posted the video but you're right. The NFL protects players/teams at their discretion. The NFL doesn't have to wait for cases to finish. They didn't do it with Ezekiel Elliott or Ray Rice. I don't believe they did it with Greg Hardy either.
