They should have included his entire conversation with Sam. It was a great scene. Sam was telling him all the reasons he was breaking up with Cindy. Then he realized that all the things Sam and Cindy didn't have in common, he and Amy did.

Had to watch this video not because I love Freaks and Geeks, (which I do) but because I noticed an ad for SoBe in the thumbnail, in a show that takes place 15 years before SoBe came out. Imagine having to wait 15 years to get a beverage after seeing an ad for it at a gas station.

..blown away. They think it was covid but family doesnt believe so because of the flu like symptoms. Love her on the show. She has a kid. Heartbreaking story. Rest in peace.

I'm glad that you found it. This was the only show on TV that had anything to do with what life was like back then. I think the name turned people off because I could only get one friend to watch it weekly. Now I hear people saying "hey I heard that was a good show". Bummer it didn't last for a while.

Welcome. Lol - if you haven't already seen it My So-Called Life is also a really good show that got canceled after one season. Before they even finished the first season. It's not the same - more of a drama and more feminine. But it's a cult classic much like this show. From the 90s. Great acting and really relatable.

They should reboot Freaks and Geeks with a new cast set in 1984 ( after the original cast has already graduated). It could be a series like American Horror Story where each season is a new cast/ story line. Of coarse it would have to be done by the original behind the scenes people that created the original. That is the only way you could reboot this show. Or even remake it set later and some of the original cast could be in it as older characters; imagine Neal or Bill as a teacher
