That looks really good. As of today I've only been doing carnivore for 4 days, BUT I've already noticed a change. I have more energy. My acid reflux hasn't been as bad. My stomach hasn't been hurting the way it used to. When I'm full on carnivore I don't feel over stuffed and bloated. I went for a 2.5 mile walk last night in cold air. Normally, I'd be huffing and puffing, but I was able to walk and talk with my brother-in-law the entire time and never felt out of breath. Still a long way to go but I feel amazing already. 😊

It's October 2024 and I just got my dog a beef heart for the first time along with fresh frozen beef liver from the town I grow up in. Out in the county counties of Connecticut. I know they're hamburger and beef steaks are incredible so I'm sure my dogs going to love this. And the beef liver I got for him.. I got nearly a pound of each and it came to less than $5😮

Failure, that's it. Failure and sleep. 30 mins is plenty. You don't want to be grinding away your joints. I fall back on the science pros for just basic info. Jeff Nippard for science, or Davis Diley for quick workout sets. I'm also over in N Georgia. Was also checking out your LS1 F body; just picked up a Saleen 4.6 2V, I'm always crossing through Stone Mtn, maybe we'll cross paths.

I'm actually up in SWVA. Stone Mountain was the road I lived on years ago when I started the channel lol. But I camp a lot and plan to come down to the actual stone Mountain soon lol. The f body is actually still the lt1 but I just bought a 5.3 truck motor built for boost. Hopefully it's in by next spring

@@StoneMountainAdventures Huge fan of the 5.3; you could trip and fall, and make power with the LS series. The same can't be said for the modular 4.6 unfortunately; but, damn does it sound good. I was actually on the hunt for a SOM TA or Z28 before crossing the Saleen.

@@Nick-ih5em yep. It's rigid and aluminum. So won't rust. It's built well. We'll see how it does over time, but for folk with suvs and rooftop awnings this would be a good addition in my opinion. One thing I've learned over the years hunting and fishing. Good gear isn't cheap and cheap gear isn't good. Still to be determined on this.

Why don’t you just get a Coleman 2 burner stove. Already has the wind screen and an extra burner. I’m sure propane ain’t that hard to get a hold of even in the storm. I don’t deal with hurricanes but do tornadoes and have that on hand.
@StoneMountainAdventures
@StoneMountainAdventures 21 күн бұрын
@@cripplesadventures because I already have the single burner and the windscreen was free lol. I also rarely need more than 1 burner. And over the last week over 13,000 homes in just my county were without power for more than 6 days... unfortunately people panic and buy things they think they'll need. I drove to 3 walmarts in the surrounding area and all 3 were sold out of the 1lb canisters. If it was an emergency I have large canisters I could use to refill my 1lb cans. I have plenty of resources on hand, just not in my truck. I always keep both fuel sources in the truck and butane is the secondary option. That's the point I was making. Butane blows out easier than propane so the windscreen was a good addition 👌

3 weeks in and 12lbs down on carnivore. No gym, most of my "exercise" comes from running around work all day and romping through the woods. My favorite part of carnivore is how simplistic meal time is. Another things I don't hear people talk about is how much cheaper my grocery bill is. I find large cuts of meat butcher them down into meal size portions and now have enough meat to last a couple months. My normal budget was $350 per month now I've spent maybe $200 and the only groceries I'll need to get for a while are eggs and cheese.
