The video said that "no machining" was used in the creation of Rays wheels. Then a couple scenes later you show a lathe turning down the wheels.

Off set is too aggressive. + .5”-1” over stock on a Toyota Tundra is enough.

Thats not real forging! Heating the metal only weakens it. The stamped disc have already been heat treated. Real forging is sending a block of aluminum straight to milling machine. No heat or cheap molding. Signature Wheels are far superior and are true forged.

昔、ダイハツのミラの車高短競技仕様にしてましたが、ホイールを変えるまた新しく買う時に、レイズTE37の白かゴールドが欲しくて、オートバックスとかに聞いて見ましたが、廃盤と言われなくなく違うホイールを履きましたでもいつ見てもボルクレーシングのホイールはかっこいい

As a CNC machinist this video has me in awe, the fact they are machining these to .001 mm (roughly .00004 of an inch yes 4 hundred thousandths of an inch) is incredible

But that is wrong. You need a slight out-of-round rim so the tires have a perfect fit and can be balanced. Tires are not perfectly round. Signature Wheels knows what they are doing. They are the best rims in the world.

@ wheels also need to be as close to round as possible. The tires will still fit. Wheel weights are what is used to compensate for the tires being slightly out of round

今のホイールは柔軟性が求められるから弱鍛造くらいが丁度良いそもそも900kg〜2000kgまでの車両に装着出来る時点で専用品ではなく汎用なのが惜しいところ今は車重に対してタイヤ銘柄のビートの硬さからホイールの柔軟性を考えサスペンションを外注するのが一般的カチカチ過ぎるとグリップ落ちるんよね

This is real forging. Not the BS billet block of aluminum that gets milled on a milling machine like what all these usa companies are doing.

All the waffle about corrosion resistance,, then engrave to the bare metal in final finish! Generally a well made product, as they should be for the money. Though to me generally ugly! And they still bend on big potholes! As I have seen several times fitting tyres
