This is not good advice. Understandably sometimes you need to power through stuff but this should be a last resort. When the deadline is due or you're prone to giving up. Don't run at 200% all the time. Allow yourself to find your own pace, what works for you, and don't burn yourself out. You can't do your best if you're not at your best.
