Yay, Wednesday is “Gun Show “ day! I love your outfits this week. 8:15 snap crackle warmup done 😊 20:00 I did kick backs b/c I find when I do the overhead extension I don't feel it in my triceps, I feel it in my shoulders. Do you ever do tricep pushups? 32:20 I am admitting that I've had to drop down to 15# and 10# for segment 2. 43:30 Dorothy, Toto, and Adam as The Scarecrow. 😅 Maybe you have friends who can do the lion and the tin man? Now that I won't be able to wash or brush my hair tomorrow I'm looking forward to step day Thursday! Thank you, Robyn.❤

Alicia here! What a great way to end my Tuesday! That first song is one of my favs!!! Thank you Robyn! I also used a kettlebell for figure 8's that was 15 lbs. Found it easier to switch hands with the handle and I jogged in place during intervals! Loved it!

Can I order that shirt w/ WWR on it? 8:00 my house laughs at the label “snatch.“ That word means to us down here the same as “fanny“means to you in Canada.😅 24:20 I'm so pleased, since starting with you I've gone from 10# being my medium to 20#. Thank you for your support. 31:15 wow, even with sore quads from yesterday I made it through EVERYTHING 🎉. Done with my Robyn party, now it's time to get our "Scooby-doo" on. It is Halloween season, gotta do spooky. 😁😆

Here goes; Monday Bum-day. 😊 1:30 😂😂 Dolly says, “fine, you can have it. 🙄“ 22:00 you ask, “where are you feeling it? “ With those wide squats I go out about 60°and feel it in my outer glutes. 38:00 hooray, I did the final round with 30#. Why? My legs deserve it! As usual, the beautiful redheaded Canadian comes through with a fantastic sweat-fest.❤

The week has been crazy so, now I'm getting caught up on my Robyn time.😊 I just finished the rock/birthday step class, I feel this is a great way to re-center after flailing about on my step. 8:50 great warmup and stretch for my hips which always need it. 18:20 boy oh boy, my quads were complaining about that segment. 🔥 Ok, that second segment made my entire core remind me I need to do more core work. Thank you, my redheaded Canadian.❤

YES!! Now this was the best way to end the week! I absolutely enjoyed doing this practice. The quadriceps were burning and shaking which I loved and my abs got a nice workout. I did use light weights through out the workout 5lbs even on my abs which I never use weights but for you Robyn I did lol. Thanks for a really great practice Robyn I would love to see more of these. YES!! That was so much fun!! Loved the choreography and the music was perfect. I did have trouble with the turn arounds but nailed the around the world love that move. Still a day behind...but omg this was a good workout! Got the heart pumping and the sweat flowing! Personally I prefer the eliminator like getting rid of not adding on...lol! I love the plank walkouts those are one exercises where I can tell I'm getting stronger as they get slightly easier. Thank you Robyn for always being there for us!!!

Another hint for wall sits on a rough wall: use a fitness ball between you and the wall. This from a person who is not fond of wall sits 😅. This is me DREADING wall sits. I'm so bad at them. 17:00 yup, it's a bit toasty. Ok, segment 1, done. 32:30 segment 2 done. Now that I'm sweating the mean workout lady is going to make me hate myself, 😂. I still suck at wall sits. Maybe some day I'll be able to do what Robyn does. Dolly is so amazing! Robyn is on the floor, it must be Dolly time. ❤😅

YES!! Got it done! For me I like the Eliminator style. I did wear 3lb ankle weights and 3lb hand weights but that's just me. I was soaked in sweat when I was done lol. Thank you Robyn and oh the finisher so finished me lol. Have a fab day everyone, cheers!! :)

Yay, I love balance work. Sincere question: Why do we swing our arms during the “tripod?“ I thought that pose was for stretching hamstrings and calves. I was dreading an “accumulator“ workout but I did it. I only had to take a couple pauses. As for my house we love our adorable, diabetes-causing (because you're so sweet), redheaded Canadian, mean workout boss. 😂❤

YES!! I love training upper body!! I used heavier weights and yes Robyn my arms were burning especially my Triceps. I loved that you went to muscle failure as that's when the magic starts!! Round 1: all 1-25# **Gosh, I hope there's no finisher🤞.** 21:25 feeling it in the quads, hammy's, and, if I do it right, in the glutes too. Round 2: lunges 2-15#, side lunges 1-20# 27:55 blame me! It was my idea to end with runners burst. 😊 Time to do upper body from today 👍. Getting cash caught up.
