It is not, i been living here in san jose for around 15 year and i have a 911. Actually going for a walk in san jose in a sunday is crazy that cars you see, an interesting thing actually is that there is a lexus lfa that was made just for costa rica. what happends is that media shows you just beaches and tropical areas. Not the city and cars, also costa rica is the 2 most secure city in latinoamerica. The wierd part about it is that there almost no usa people owning this cars and also a bad part about all this is that the cars are double the expensive that in usa
