Bro! the way you are tightening if the thread lock is original it will never open again. If you use thread lock then you do not need an impact tool to tighten the screw.

Simple wash krein (Soda Ash mix with any detergent) - Don't use corrosive substances or chemicals for cleaning the engine. It will ruin the paint and affect the metal durability

Thanks your request but we only covering GS150 / GS125 / GN125 engine based motorcycles diy guides. GD110 Carburator is same as this Mikuni BS26. You can do it

I am using sealed beam headlight 100/130 for 2 years in 7 amp battery on gs150. Never had any issue. Gs assembly is not powerful enough to give such high current so we have to install a separate button for headlight to glow on full power.

from my GS-150 to this frame and all Suzuki's on the road, sorry to say but weld seams are pathetic on Suzuki frames, God knows the overall weld quality what it should be and what it is.

Suzuki GS150 frames are properly welded on a jig which holds each piece of frame inline so that i will according to spec. Don't pass such comments if you don't know the fabricating process.

@@s-autos jig will hold the parts together only, for proper welds one need steady hands and eye, there should be even weld seam which is not there, at some spots there is over weld material and on others its fine. we all own one and it cannot be denied that suzuki needs to invest in good hands for this part.

Main Jet number is 12.5

5th Gear is for cruising constant speeds. Not for Racing or alternative speeds. Shift back to 3rd Gear for achieve the desire speed and then 4th to maintain that speed and then 5th for constant speed. I hope your concern is addressed

Neutral switch end pe aye ga insha'allah. Jub engine ko mount kiya jaye ga frame per. Neutral switch nazuk hota hai is liye abhi fit nhi kiya.

Ye electroplating process ke through is ko coating kiya hua hai for Rust Protection. Jaisa ke original bolts pe hota hai.

Bore wala kaam GS150 mein nhi chalta 2 bikes mein karwachuka hun smoke ajati hai thore dino k baad ya piston seize maarjata hai. Akhir tang akar ek bike mein genuine cylinder or piston daala jo k ab Alhamdulillah 50k km chal chuki hai or doosri bike mein china ka cylinder or piston daala.

Ye yellow color engine me kiya hota hai. Same like nano coating for oil fast return to sump for re-pump to engine components. This is not a fault. Color changes time to time but this is good for the engine

Oversize Piston 0.50 ka use krein. Sleeve not recommended in this case

Head repair nhi hota. Camshaft wali jaga agar khrab ho jaye. To us ka proper koi solution nhi hai. Bush bhi lga lein phir noise nhi jaye gi. Topic closed

what would the performance of 0.50 piston be like? (fuel economy wise) Is the piston genuine? If not what is the brand-name? And how long would it work before again ending up in a machinist's shop?

0.50 Genuine Piston and its fuel economy is best and will do its job for last long. Why you are thinking it end up so quickly in a mechanist's shop? Suzuki Motor Corporation states that if the piston is out of clearances then re-bore the cylinder with over size piston. This doesn't affect the fuel average of your motorcycle

@@s-autos aain! Till date i was aware that pak suzuki only provides with standard size piston and doesn't make( OR provides the dealership with) oversize pistons. Can you clarify regarding its price, sizes, and availability?

Official genuine part would be the one that is available at any company outlet. Otherwise there are many counterfeit piston kits available in the market with brandnames Suzuki malaysia or indonesia(xyz) and even Pak suzuki motor co ltd., however sadly all of them in reality are counterfeit parts that will cause no good but harm in the long run. Masha Allah i think that i have to stick to the factory fitted one.
