Of course not…but in many cases facial hair, in particular beards, tend to improve an individuals appearance.

I like that you embrace many different hats. To me, they accentuate the fellow's image. Here in the USA, I would not feel at all confident or comfortable with the neckwear. Here in my circles, one would appear to be trying to hard or just a 'wanna be'.
