it sounds pretty rough on the clutch! does it get hot? any issues? looks like so much fun

It is pretty hard on the clutch, although I haven't had any problems yet. KTM clutchs seem to be pretty stout, I got 120 hours on this clutch, bout 15-20 in snowbike form. Bike runs pretty cool, but not too cool. Good to have a little heat in it since it's a twostroke. If the air temps where a bit cooler I'd run some guarding to keep the snow off the motor. So much fun though man! Bought this older kit off a buddy and threw it on for super cheap. Haven't had any problems yet. I'll be doing topends a bit more often, but for what it is it's much cheaper then rebuilding my sled haha.

So what are your plans for right now? Hopefully you fix it. I’ve been looking for one of these for a long time now and they’re very hard to find down here in the states. I’ve actually had my 67F 100 listed on marketplace for about three years trying to trade it for one lol.

Sh!t..,that ain’t totaled. It can be fixed, you can rebuild it. It’s just a question of how much does that car mean to you? Some cars can’t ever be replaced and some cars can. Choose wisely or you might regret it.

Ok guys I'm 74 retired mechanic, been 4wheelin for 35 years. To fix you stall. Do you know where your carb vents are? if so add 2 inches of tubing to them. if it's a holly go from one to other simi circle drill hole at very toy 3 small holes should do it.

I mean it was a half finished, scabbed together bike that buddy chipped out of his snow bank to sell to me. I went through and fixed all the sketchy welds, built the rest of the frame for the hardtail setup, went through a buncha parts and pieces on the motor, re-wired etc. That was just to get it running haha. Folks always get mad at me for being hard on equipment, but the stuff I buy is usually warn out trash that I make "nice" and most important, work. I look at it as I built it, so I'm going to use it, and I mean really use it. And then when it breaks, I'll just build it better 😂🍻

@@jonathanglasscojg ..If they had lean burn remove it swap the carburetor...Even non lean burn engines the carburetor makes you lose 50 hp! Even on a 318,swap it for a late 60s-mid 70's non smog 2bbl and wake that 318 up! The 4bbl theromquad you lose power too, thats smog carb! Slap a old carter or newer Edelbrock/direct fit and gain major hp/torque!
