It’s actually not that remote. It’s 1 hour to the city of Toronto and shopping is 30 minutes away. You can actually live there for an undetermined amount of time as it also has an elevator. Thanks for sharing!❤

I wish this cottage had a better view of the lake. Cutting the trees down would be a travesty. I live in Grosse Pointe Park on Windmill Pointe Drive and we lost our trees decades ago to dutch elm disease. 40 years later the new trees are still smallish but we have a great view of the lake.

@@Ceciliadefreitas The grand size of the estate, the entrance at the main gate leading to the front of the house, the luxury but classy (not over the top) interiors, the pool, the lake, the atmosphere, the energy, the ambience, they all just scream "the Roys!!!" 😂 Even when I was watching this video for the first time, i can already imagine the Roy family living their drama there, which i feel could be one of their summer or winter vacation homes. I have to admit, of all the luxury home videos i've watched all these years, & Succession being one of my favourite tv shows (I just started rewatching the entire series again lately, can't help it), this one DEFINITELY captures the ESSENCE & AURA of a Roy's property or home, so thank you for this. When I become a 'Roy' someday, I'd definitely contact you to look for properties that have this 'Succession'-style, & I hope someone who (maybe) already purchased this property by now enjoys it to the fullest, although maybe not in Roy's family way. 😅

I seen several news shows recently wherein the housing crisis is, in part, being blamed on “Boomers”. Inconsiderate seniors are deciding to “age in place” and not sell their homes. They are just selfishly rambling around in houses that are far too large for them and keeping these homes off the market and unavailable to the needy. The sale of this place should certainly bring some much needed relief to those who just can’t find an affordable home.
