Originally, this was earmarked for a replication of the NY Twin Towers out of respect to the New York victims of 9/11. They would have been the largest skyscrapers in the UK at this time, but guess what?.. Central government (London) decided that wasn't gonna happen.. Perhaps they didn't like the idea that Salford/Manchester would have bigger skyscrapers than London!.. 😡

You showed "The Bridge Water Canal" inscription @7:00 but then proceeded to show the river Irwell where the river boat was sailing. The Bridge Water Canal is tiny in comparison to the river Irwell.

I was showing one side of the road but didn't capture the other side wherre the boat was. I will be sure to capture the full thing in future videos
