I just got dbd about a week ago and played a few games, we had a blast. I ordered this expansion and it arrived today. I just noticed the perk cards in this include the perks from the digital dbd Stanger Things characters. I also notice we don’t get cards for the first perks on our character sheets. I assume it’s a perk for them specifically. The rules don’t state this. For a moment I thought I had missing items. For real though, the base game came with a factory defected board with raised creases on one quarter of a side. I contacted them and they said they’re changing warehouses and I have to wait for a replacement. Who know how long that will take :/

I have not gotten my box set yet but at the 42 minute mark, could Callen have walked to the chest, searched then effortless action step to the spawn point? Would that make more sense or was searching the room better?

you could have canceled that growing dread card by spending grit. On such a nasty card it would be worth it.

Crimson hand is sooooo difficult. The bonus of the item cost added to the health can be disastrous. Last time I played against them I remember them having +7 health from a $700 item…it sucked. I actually nerfed them to not get more than =3 heath from the item. I almost think of selling my painted set because I kinda don’t like them……not to mention there’s 12 of them and I have the special crimson inquisitor mini as well. They almost feel impossible sometimes. This pack looks interesting.

Does this game have one shot scenarios or only just campaign mode? Or is it easy to just set up a random team, equip gear and just go delve in a dungeon for funsies?

The comment section and the video are both helpful in nailing down those rules (lots of things that interact with each other). Can't wait for your next adventure. Enjoyed your video and also the setup with the rotating plate (allowing you to get the best angle).

I think the multishot work this way : MULTISHOT X: A character with this ability fires a single ranged attack at X different targets within range. so they cant attack the same target twice

Ok, very interested in this game but in all the videos to date, the quests seem a bit of a cakewalk. Is it simply a matter of things ramping up later in campaigns, blind luck or other factors? (Anyone familiar with game is invited to reply.) Thanks

This game looks briliant

That defense of 5 along with all of their abilities makes these little bastards tough to beat! And that’s playing with no elites. Add elites and it’s gonna be painful! That’s actually why I like these guys. They are a firm challenge for sure! 💥 🥊

Finished this quest last night,only had 2 adventures for it as i had a bad prequel quest and got greedy 😂

Great to watch again. Main misplay this time would be in character setup. You can't take level 2 of skills until character becomes rank 2. Also using a skill doesn't cost one of your actions. So Greet turn 2, when they unlocked the door, the could of moved etc after still. Adversary phase happens before NPC phase. If you roll the spawn 2 enemies, the rules say you only roll the spawn point per enemy type.. so if 2 Lamentors are coming, you roll the magic dice only once and they come on at the same point. If you rolled for 2 myrias, they'd come on at same point etc. Adversaries can open doors but it uses their action. So they'd move up to the door and only open it if the had actions left, if not, first action next turn, if door still closed, they'd use to open the door, if if that's there one and only action. Poison from lamentors only happens on a crit so it never did go off. For the first character each round, you only choose who goes first in the first round and then have to pass round clockwise. You can't choose who guess first each round depending on what's best. Hope that helps. Look forward to the next quest!
