I think for this particular song it would have been better if they played it in Eb instead of standard tuning. Not because to make the riffs sound heavier but mainly because it would be easier for Mikael to sing this tune. You can tell he was struggling a little bit with some of the vocal parts.

Thanks. I was using an old Panasonic TZ7. It's surprisingly good in indoor settings. Almost all of my videos have been recorded with it.
